Pricing questions
Why a one-time price and not a subscription?
Selling a business is a project with an end date. You pay once when you open the room, it stays open for 90 days, and nothing renews in the background.
What happens at day 90?
The room freezes. Buyer links show "This room is closed" and nobody can open the numbers or files. Your data, files, signed NDAs and buyer activity stay saved. You can reactivate the room at any time for the full price of your tier, which opens it for another 90 days. On day 75 we email you an offer to extend before it freezes, at the same price.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You get a full refund within 7 days of paying for a room, as long as no buyer has signed an NDA in it. Once a buyer has signed, the room has been used and the payment is final. For the Exit Pack, you get a full refund if you cancel before we start work.
Can I pay by invoice?
Rooms with an asking price over $5M can pay by invoice. Every other purchase is paid by card, and every payment gets an emailed receipt. If you need a receipt with your company details, email [email protected].
Do buyers pay anything?
No. Buyers never pay, at any stage, for any room. They can also keep one free account across every deal they look at.
Are there discount codes?
No. Everyone pays the listed price, including founding members. There are no coupons, promotions or negotiated rates.
