Not a broker

We do not find buyers, value businesses, negotiate deals, hold funds or act for either side. We are not a party to any NDA, letter of intent or purchase agreement between a seller and a buyer.

What the source labels mean

Every number in a room carries a label:

  • From Stripe, From Mercury, From Google Analytics means the figure was read from that source through a read-only connection and is shown as the source reported it. It does not mean we have checked that the source's records are correct or complete, or that nothing exists outside the connected account.
  • Uploaded by seller means the seller provided it. We have not verified it.

Reconciliation is matching, not assurance

The payout reconciliation matches Stripe payouts to bank deposits by exact amount within three days. A match shows that a deposit of the same amount arrived around the expected date. It is not an audit, and an unmatched item is not by itself evidence of a problem. Sellers can add explanations to unmatched items; those explanations are the seller's own.

The Exit Pack is not an audit

The Exit Pack and Exit Pack Pro organize and present information. They are not an audit, a review, a quality of earnings report or a valuation. Buyers who need those should commission them from an accounting firm.

Our guides are general information, written in good faith and current when published. Laws, platform features and market practice change. Our comparison pages describe other products from public information at the date shown on each page; check each provider's own site for what is current.

Trademarks

Stripe, Mercury, Google Analytics, Google Drive, DocSend, Papermark and other product names are trademarks of their owners. We mention them to describe integrations and comparisons. Arrhis is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
